About Breathe Automation
Founded in 2023, Breathe Automation emerged from a simple observation: businesses were drowning in repetitive tasks while AI sat on the sidelines, underutilized and overcomplicated.
Our Story
The idea for Breathe Automation was born during a late-night conversation between co-founders Sarah Chen and Marcus Rodriguez in a cramped San Francisco coffee shop. Sarah, a former Google AI researcher, had just left her position frustrated by the gap between cutting-edge AI research and practical business applications. Marcus, a serial entrepreneur who had built and sold two successful SaaS companies, was dealing with the operational nightmare of scaling his latest venture.
"I had all this AI expertise," Sarah recalls, "but I kept seeing businesses struggle with basic automation that AI could solve in minutes, not months." Marcus nodded, remembering his own pain points: "We were hiring people to do work that machines could do better, faster, and more reliably."
That conversation led to three months of intensive research, talking to over 200 business owners across industries. The pattern was clear: everyone wanted AI automation, but existing solutions were either too complex, too expensive, or too generic to be useful.
Our Mission
We believe AI should be invisible infrastructure, not a complicated tool. Just like electricity powers your office without you thinking about power grids, AI should power your business processes without requiring a PhD in machine learning.
Our name, "Breathe Automation," reflects this philosophy. Good automation should be as natural and effortless as breathing – essential, reliable, and completely transparent.
